What is Membership?

Agri-Energy Partners Inc. has both member and non-member clients. We currently have over 300 member landowners and manage 9500+ leases across Alberta and Saskatchewan. Membership is paid based on an annual per lease fee. Membership fees are designed to be affordable and customizable. Clients who choose membership do so because of the return on the Invesment. We know you work hard for every dollar you earn. It is our goal to maintain fairness in pricing and not gouge landowners with out-of-line fees.

What are the Benefits to Membership?

Membership comes with a number of key benefits:

Your lease information is entered into our secure database for easy tracking and viewing
We'll sort all of your lease paperwork and provide you with one of our customized land owner file systems for easy retrieval of physical documents
Access to our NEW online SLIQ member portal - view your lease summaries and payment schedules online anytime!
Payment schedules are updated annually to ensure you are paid the right amounts on time - check off your payments on the portal as they are received and upload payment documents if desired
Your rent review dates are carefully tracked so they are never missed
Each rent review is done by a qualified and experienced land agent on the year they are due - member landowners have received over half million dollars in increases over the past two years.
